Evaluation of family history for diseases, consumption of alcoholic beverages, assessments of levels of emotional stress, anxiety and depression.

• Ophthalmologic evaluation (visual acuity, refraction, tonometry, fundoscopy, and Ishihara test);
• Cardiologic evaluation – two assessments: at rest and during exercise;
• Dermatologic evaluation with dermoscopy;
• Proctologic evaluation with anoscopy and video rectosigmoidoscopy;
• Comprehensive urological evaluation;
• Pulmonology evaluation (including assessment for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome);
• Nutritional evaluation: anthropometry and body composition by bioelectrical impedance;
• Guidance on vaccination protocol;
• Oral cavity evaluation;
• Oncological, cardiometabolic, and mental health screening.

• Treadmill stress test with computerized 13-channel monitoring;

• Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy (when indicated, at an additional cost);
• Flexible video rectosigmoidoscopy (for patients over 45 years of age);
• Uroflowmetry;
• Doppler ultrasound of the carotid and vertebral arteries (from 60 years of age onward – when indicated);
• Two-dimensional echocardiogram with color Doppler (when indicated);
• Panoramic X-ray of the dental arches.
LABORATORY EXAMS:
• Blood: complete blood count, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, blood type and Rh factor, glycated hemoglobin, urea, creatinine, uric acid, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV, transaminases, gamma-GT, VDRL, PSA, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, Castelli indexes I and II, TSH, triglycerides, HIV antibody screening (at an additional cost);
• Urine: abnormal elements, urine sediment analysis, and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio;
• Stool: parasitological examination and fecal occult blood test.
POST-MEDICAL CHECK-UP:
A medical evaluation will be carried out after the medical check-up, with each client, to define a prevention and health promotion program, in order to combat the risk factors identified in each exam, considering the lifestyle of each one. This consultation may be in person or online through Google Meet.
